How do you know they're actually new? +
At redemption we capture the customer and check them against your existing customers. Repeat or returning visitors are counted as your own and don't trigger a reward.
Who sets the reward? +
You do. It's your cost per new paying customer, fully in your control, and you can adjust it forward at any time. There's no spending cap and no minimum. For a coffee shop, a dollar or two is typical; a salon or restaurant might set more, because a new customer is worth more to them.
What does a creator have to do? +
Post your offer and share their link. They only earn when they actually drive a verified paying customer — so their incentive is aligned with your results, not their follower count.
